In the beginning, PT. Atlantic Lastindo is located in Jemundo Park with an area of ​​1,000m2 and total employees 35 people. The development experienced by PT. Atlantic Lastindo certainly must be balanced with adequate resources. Therefore, in 2001, PT. Atlantic Lastindo moved to Kedung Turi which has a larger area, with an area of 2.600m2. Until now, PT. Atlantic Lastindo is still located in Kedung Turi area with a total employees of 110 people.

From time to time, PT. Atlantic Lastindo is always making a changes to become better. Changes that have been made including the addition of machinery, improvement of employee welfare, improvement of product quality, and others. These changes is able to make PT. Atlantic Lastindo become the market leader in shoe last industry in Indonesia, where is for every day, PT. Atlantic Lastindo is able to serve orders up to 400-500 pairs for shoe last from plastic materials and 350 pairs for shoe last from aluminum material.
